2I would like to receive the us dollars to a bank account. Do I need to provide my own bank account details or can it be any bank account, such as the bank account of a relative or friend?

Can be any bank account in whatever country or territory, only make sure you provide the complete bank account information so the transfer goes smoothly and as fast as possible.

3I want to send bitcoin to someone. Can I check with you if the bitcoin address I received from the recipient is a valid/complete bitcoin wallet address?

Unfortunately, because of the high number of transactions the brbcash®  system is only able to process your transaction as per your instructions and that kind of testing in advance is not possible. However, no worries, if that payment address you supplied it is not a bitcoin address (sometimes happens that an Ethereum or another cryptocurrency address is supplied by mistake) the payment will not work and you’ll be able to provide a different/the correct address.

4I want to send cash to someone or deposit money in someone’s bank account. Can I check with you, before sending bitcoin, if the name or the address or the bank account information I received from the recipient is valid/complete?

Unfortunately, because of the high number of transactions, the brbcash®   system is only able to process your transaction as per your instructions and that kind of testing in advance is not possible. Would be a huge processing volume and most of the times impossible to check in advance if that person has that name, address or bank details. However, no worries, if that payment information you supplied is not complete/wrong the payment will not work and you’ll be able to provide different/complete information.

5I sent an e-mail to sell@brbcash.com to mention how much bitcoin I want to sell as well as how and where I would you like the us dollar (or any local currency) amount to be sent and didn’t get from you my personal bitcoin wallet address. Why is that?

The Brb cash secure blockchain system  usually responds within one day, however, if you’re using a free e-mail such as the ones provided by Gmail or Microsoft and depending on your settings you may never get the response or you’ll get it in the spam/promotion/social folders. The best free email highly recommended to use is the one provided by yahoo so if you do not have yet an yahoo free email you should get one.

6Do I need to provide my personal details before sending bitcoin?

No, we do not require your private information. You’ll only need to provide details related to where, when and how would you like the us dollars amount (s) sent.

7I would like to send a larger bitcoin amount and have smaller payments sent each month to one or several people. Is that possible?

Yes, absolutely, this is a regular additional advantage when using brbcash®.
